What I'm looking for

I'm looking to facilitate wellbeing and reflective learning spaces while helping organisations communicate meaningful social-impact, cultural, and responsibility-focused narratives.

I facilitate counselling and wellbeing education at the National Council of Education, Bengal, leading sessions on empathy, interpersonal dynamics, and mental health awareness.

Across nearly two decades in communication, I've worked with Resurances LLC, Resilare Infrastructure, Amplo Global, Graphite Studio, and Nettrek on branding, content, storytelling, and communication strategy. My work helps organisations articulate narratives around social impact, culture, responsibility, and ESG initiatives.

My training in philosophy, interpersonal conflict management, and the science of wellbeing informs a reflective, practical approach to human behaviour and cultural understanding.

I'm also a visual artist, painter, and creative writer, interested in creativity and therapeutic art as pathways to reflection and wellbeing.
