Develops and restructures a progressive EAL curriculum across Grades 1-4, including transition planning into Grade 5 English. Creates curriculum maps, learning progressions, lesson sequences, assessment structures, rubrics, and classroom resources aligned with Cambridge learning objectives.

Planned and delivered structured, curriculum-aligned learning across primary subjects, adapting instruction and resources for varied learner needs. Used assessment evidence and ongoing observation to monitor progress, provide feedback, and adjust teaching approaches.

Designed and delivered integrated lessons in English, Afrikaans, Mathematics, and Environmental Studies, using real-world and cross-curricular learning activities. Redesigned the Continuous Assessment system and integrated Cambridge curriculum elements and digital tools.

Provided tailored academic support across Junior Primary and served as lead teacher for the CambriLearn Primary division, teaching three grades simultaneously through the Cambridge International Curriculum. Planned and delivered differentiated online and in-person lessons.

Supported learners in a Special Educational Needs setting and helped develop individualised learning plans responsive to learning and developmental needs. Worked across Grades RR-7, adapting to different subjects, age groups, classroom settings, and learner profiles.
