Delia Shilo

I am a dedicated teacher and hospitality professional with hands-on experience in classroom support, tutoring, and guest-facing roles. I bring strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, and reliable administrative support to every position I take on.

As a teaching assistant and self-employed tutor, I guided students through English language learning and exam preparation for IELTS and TOEFL, developed curriculum, prepared lessons, and graded assignments thoroughly to support academic success.

In hospitality, I progressed from cleaner to waitress and managed dining operations, inventory, scheduling, and customer service. I completed a focused hospitality course and graduated at the top of my class, strengthening my guest services and operational abilities.

I also held hybrid administrative and human resources duties, and I am currently an undergraduate medical student pursuing a path in healthcare. I served as class captain in school and value teamwork, empathy, and continuous professional growth.
