I’m an Associate Consultant focused on data engineering, L2 production support, and business analysis—turning complex pipeline operations into dependable, actionable data. Since October 2024, I’ve worked on the REKBD (Retail Execution Key Business Drive) project, supporting pipeline reliability and scheduled data jobs.

Day to day, I monitor data ingestion pipelines, investigate pipeline updates and storage, and troubleshoot failed job runs with root cause analysis. I use Databricks, Azure, Airflow, SQL, PySpark, and Python to drive continuous improvements in pipeline performance and help ensure high availability.

I also contribute to identity testing in a development platform environment using Auth0—testing authentication and authorization flows and validating identity access issues to support dev & QA teams. Previously, as a freelance Manager, Business Analyst, I led a 15+ person team and used analysis to guide strategic business decisions while managing sales and production account systems.

Earlier at Tata Consultancy Services as a Production Support Analyst (Nielsen Customer LLC), I provided L2 support by troubleshooting escalations, supporting front-end and back-end reliability, and documenting operational workflows and escalations. I’ve been recognized with an award of excellence, qualified the TCS NQT exam, and I’m energized by building reliable data solutions that teams can trust.
