What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a software engineering role where I can build and modernize web applications, own features end-to-end, and collaborate in an Agile team.

I'm a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with 5+ years of experience building and scaling production systems, primarily in PHP (Laravel, Symfony, Yii2) and Vue.js (2 & 3), with MySQL, Redis, and Docker rounding out my core stack.

Most recently, I spent several years at iCar Asia (part of CARSOME Group), one of Southeast Asia's largest automotive marketplace groups. There I led a legacy modernization project — upgrading a live production platform (NewCar) from Laravel 5 to Laravel 11 and PHP 7.2 to PHP 8.3 — and built a multi-country Private Seller Module in Vue 3 and Yii2 that's now deployed across Malaysia (Carlist), Indonesia (Mobil123), and Thailand (One2Car). I also contributed to Vue 3/Vuetify UI work for the Indonesian marketplace's package selector flow.

Earlier in my career, I worked at Mindgraph Solutions on the Telekom Malaysia portal (Symfony/Lumen), and before that at ArchitWeb, Qisetna, and MTN Syria, giving me exposure to a range of industries and team sizes. I also have hands-on WordPress and Linux server management experience.

I'm also an early and heavy adopter of AI-assisted development — I use Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor daily, with structured workflows (CLAUDE.md files, an Explore-Plan-Code-Commit methodology, scoped prompting, and MCP tooling) to move faster without sacrificing code quality. This is something I bring into every team I join.
