What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead and build business-critical backend platforms, combining hands-on Ruby on Rails delivery with architecture, performance, reliability, mentoring, and engineering standards.

At JioStar, I lead the technical direction of business-critical Ruby on Rails platforms while designing and shipping core features, improving performance, and modernizing Rails applications. I also mentor 4–5 engineers, set code review standards, and use Claude, Codex, and GitHub Copilot to improve delivery velocity and code quality.

Across LearningMate, NeoSoft Technologies, and Annet Technologies, I've built backend services, REST APIs, Sidekiq pipelines, and real-time applications for ed-tech, e-commerce, and healthcare products using Ruby on Rails, Node.js, Express.js, and Meteor.js. I focus on profiling, refactoring, query optimization, automated testing, and practical architecture that improves reliability and maintainability.
