What I'm looking for

I'm seeking senior management or leadership roles in quality management, including Director, VP, Head of Quality, or Director of QA-AI, where I can drive IT initiatives and help a reputable organisation achieve its business objectives.

I lead AI-enabled quality engineering and automation across wealth management, mortgage, and enterprise software. At TAO Solutions, I oversee functionality, automation, testing, data validation, and release activities while collaborating remotely across time zones.

At Genpact, I led a team of 10 QA professionals, built scalable automation framework architecture, and established KPIs for test efficiency, coverage, and software quality. I recruited and mentored automation engineers, delivered test analytics, and drove quality improvements using Selenium, Java, Playwright, UFT, Jenkins, and Git.

My earlier work at Mindera, CGI, and IBM included testing Trainline booking and payment flows, Shell Oil & Gas desktop applications, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for New York Government clients. I bring hands-on experience across web, desktop, API, mobile, manual, and automated testing, alongside AI tools including Claude, Ollama, Gemini, ChatGPT, Copilot, and Smart Parse AI.
