At Snapp!, Iran's largest ride-hailing platform, I build and operate the Go and Python services behind driver incentives, payouts, and analytics for 450K+ drivers and millions of daily rides.
I've re-architected real-time incentive tracking to raise driver acceptance rates by 50%, built fraud-prevention pipelines that prevent more than $2M in annual fraudulent payouts, and co-engineered an analytics platform processing 270M+ daily events and 7.2M+ API requests at under 50 ms p95.
I own data and messaging infrastructure across NATS JetStream, Redis Cluster, PostgreSQL, TimescaleDB, Kubernetes, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry, while mentoring backend engineers and maintaining production on-call ownership.
