I am an experienced QA manager with over 20 years of expertise in managing quality control processes and teams. My career has been dedicated to ensuring compliance and excellence in quality assurance, particularly in the aerospace and healthcare sectors. At Knipper Health, I honed my skills as a QA Engineer, overseeing all phases of quality assurance, including audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance using ISO 13485.

Previously, I served as a Quality Assurance Manager for Navy Support Equipment and Weapon Systems, where I developed and implemented QA policies and procedures, audited contractors for compliance with ISO 9000 standards, and managed corrective and preventive actions. My analytical skills, enhanced by my Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, have allowed me to effectively investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues, ensuring that quality standards are not just met but exceeded.

With a strong educational background in Industrial Engineering and Petroleum Engineering from West Virginia University, I am well-versed in various aspects of engineering, operations research, and process improvement.
