What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead quality systems and continuous-improvement work in regulated manufacturing, partnering across engineering, operations, customers, and suppliers to strengthen compliance, prevent defects, and improve performance.

At Micro-Mode Products, I lead a 20-person quality and reliability organization supporting aerospace and defense manufacturing. I maintain AS9100 and Nadcap compliance while overseeing inspections, product qualification, MRB, nonconformance, and corrective-action workflows.

I expanded departmental KPIs from 5 to 15 metrics, giving leadership clearer visibility into quality trends, operational performance, and improvement priorities. I also lead approximately 10 customer and supplier quality audits each year and translate technical requirements into controlled manufacturing and inspection processes.

Previously, I built RJ Machine's ISO 9001-compliant QMS from the ground up and reduced scrap by 20% within one year through prevention-focused controls. At Alphacoat Finishing, I led the company's first successful Nadcap accreditation for aerospace metal finishing and plating operations.
