I've led RPA support for a national power and utilities company, troubleshooting deployed Blue Prism processes and delivering continuous-improvement enhancements. I've also managed UAT for an insurance-system integration, automated reporting with Automation Anywhere 360, and supported Malaysia's Ministry of Finance Digital Pillar monitoring for Budget 2022.

Participated in an agile team to develop and deploy a ServiceNow ITSM application, streamlining incident and change management workflows.
• RPA – Blue Prism (National Power & Utilities Company)
Leading the RPA support team that monitors and support existing deployed RPA processes which includes
Troubleshooting and debugging any processes not functioning as intended.
Developing enhancements for existing processes under a form of continuous improvement/change requests (CI/CR)
Serving as the PMO for the whole scope, to document, track
• Make a proper report: Evaluate the readiness of spare parts for the critical equipment in the existing inventory system. Result: 5 evaluation comment, 5 pros 6 cons detected, and 6 solutions suggested.
• Maintained operation for equipment and machinery to run smoothly on everyday basis
• Performed preventive maintenance jobs for 17 major mechanical equipment (Stacker and Reclaimed, Raw Mill, Ga
Reconcile transactions, check and balance, and ensure financial records are kept up-to-date. I also monitor bank deposits and payments, and prepare balance sheets and invoices. Finally, collaborate on generating idea on financial policy, financial analysis to detect and resolve problems, and planning of budget
Teaching Mathematics, Accounting and Pendidikan Islam. Student: F1 to F5. As an ex-student, I also engage with higher management discussing ideas for the betterment of school education and progression.
Engage with customers through offline and online. Have a deeper understanding about motorcycle so can explain more to customer. Took a proper FB ads class for marketing content. Created their FB pages. With RM200 budget, I reached 22,398 people, 2000 page likes and still being contacted until today from customer reaching to buy stuff.
