At Mextal B.V., I work on platform engineering for a healthcare platform used by healthcare organisations for alarming and care domotics. I set up a highly available MicroK8s cluster with MicroCeph storage and MetalLB load balancing, and documented the proof-of-concept architecture and validation.
I also built Grafana dashboards for healthcare organisations and set up dashboard management as code with Terraform. For the platform backend, I integrated Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on using OAuth 2.0 with PKCE.
At Itility, I designed and deployed scalable Azure and AWS infrastructure with Terraform and Azure DevOps. I ran fault-injection experiments with Azure Chaos Studio and developed and tested recovery strategies for business continuity.
Earlier, as IT Owner of Eurodac at Netherlands Police, I was responsible for the stability, availability and compliance of a business-critical application used across Europe. I’ve also worked in cloud infrastructure, service management and DevOps, and currently contribute mentoring and community building through the LogicMonitor MVP Program.
