@rodgermwanda

Senior DevOps Engineer at Irdeto, architecting SOC GLASS AI agents on Amazon Bedrock for incident handling.

Netherlands
Message

At Irdeto, I architected 50% of SOC GLASS AI on Amazon Bedrock and Strands SDK, building AgentCore agents with OpenTelemetry, caching, and S3 charts to support incident handling and pattern identification.

I manage AWS EKS, Lambda, and S3 operations and support production incident response with CloudWatch and Grafana. I also built centralized NAT cost visibility using AWS CUR 2.0 and Athena, and reusable Terraform Grafana modules.

Previously, I operated Kubernetes platforms across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud at Rapid Deploy and Wonderlabz. At Standard Bank, I delivered and operated a voucher-based P2P Instant Money platform supporting transfers, electricity vouchers, and airtime services for about 5 million users.
