At Accelerize 360, I conduct discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops for e-commerce, hospitality, and insurance clients, translating business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions. I collaborate across the SDLC and lead UAT, requirement validation, defect triaging, and business sign-off.
I partner with analytics teams to develop Tableau and Salesforce dashboards for operational reporting and decision-making. I also design and validate Tableau data sources, reporting structures, and KPI frameworks.
On the Insurance Analytics & Reporting Platform project, I supported Salesforce data management and reporting initiatives. I developed Tableau data sources, reporting models, dashboards, scorecards, and executive reports, and used SQL for data validation and churn-related KPI tracking.
