At Quantus Health Inc., I own delivery of healthcare platforms from requirements and planning through deployment and post-release support. I delivered a HIPAA-compliant Remote Patient Monitoring platform from concept to production in five months; it now supports 20,000 patients and 50+ providers.
I lead a cross-functional team across backend, frontend, mobile, QA and UI/UX, and run sprint planning, backlog management and release tracking in Azure DevOps. I also work directly with US healthcare providers and vendors to gather requirements and coordinate integrations.
On the RPM platform, I built an event-driven ingestion pipeline using Redis queues and microservices to handle device events and concurrent connections. I’ve also worked on EHR workflows and integrations using HL7, FHIR and REST APIs, with HIPAA-compliant data exchange.
