I founded and lead TOP CHEMIX, a detergents, disinfectants, and industrial chemicals factory, managing operations from laboratory formulation through commercial production. I developed 21+ commercial products, increased productivity by 25%, and reduced manufacturing costs by 15% through raw-material optimization.

I also provide industrial and chemical engineering expertise to the Commercial Court in Sana'a, preparing specialized technical reports, evaluating factories, and investigating production problems through root cause analysis. Previously, I reduced production defects by 20% at YEMCO Medical Industries through CAPA implementation and supervised quality and production operations at Al-Rajhi Cement Factory.

I'm focused on GMP and ISO-based quality systems, process scale-up, production planning, QA/QC laboratory management, and continuous improvement across chemical manufacturing.
