I am a registered nurse, administrative officer, and law student with 12 years of combined experience in jail healthcare, paralegal work, and administrative operations. My background spans clinical care, program development, and personnel management in correctional settings.

At the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology I served as Jail Nurse, Administrative Officer, and Paralegal Officer, leading health assessments, triage, medication administration, and continuity of care for PDLs while managing HR records and performance systems.

As Chief of the Paralegal Unit I supervised paralegal officers and volunteers, implemented paralegal programs, coordinated with courts and partner agencies, and prepared legal memoranda and reports. I also supported finance and admin functions, invoice processing, and reporting while working as an Administrative and Finance VA.

I complement clinical and administrative skills with virtual assistant training in data entry, calendar management, Canva design, project management, and social media. I am detail-oriented, a fast learner, and committed to improving systems, staff welfare, and service delivery.
