At Guardian Life, I redesign AI and automation systems for insurance operations, turning experimental LLM workflows into reliable, auditable systems.
I’m replacing an LLM-based enrollment system with a deterministic rule-based pipeline projected to reduce inference costs by 70%. I also built YAML-based routing integrated with a DMN engine to make business decisions auditable.
Previously, I built automated test-file generation that improved testing efficiency by about 50% and reduced manual effort by about 90%, while supporting enterprise UiPath bots and developing reusable automation libraries. I also built a triaging agent that restarted roughly 30% of recoverable failed RPA transactions and generated root-cause information from logs and environment state.
Outside work, I build Donna OS, an agentic operating system, and VoxCare, a voice and WhatsApp receptionist for clinics. I hold a patent for assistive technology for visually and hearing-impaired users, and I’m motivated by seeing problems worth solving and building the systems to solve them.
