What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead complex NPI, commercialisation, portfolio and business transformation programmes, partnering with cross-functional teams to improve governance, manage delivery risk and bring products successfully to market.

At British American Tobacco, I lead New Product Introduction, regulatory and business transformation programmes across West, East and Central Africa, taking products from concept through commercial launch. I manage portfolio priorities, Stage Gate governance, production readiness and cross-functional delivery across Marketing, Product Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory and Legal.

I've delivered more than 35 programmes with 98% on-time delivery and 100% regulatory compliance, generating over $3.2M in commercial value. I also designed RETROSCOPE, a digital knowledge-management platform that captures lessons learned and accelerates future NPI delivery.
