At LD Park and Pool Center, I contribute to architectural design development, space optimization, facility enhancement, and customer engagement initiatives.

I create marketing collateral, promotional visuals, event invitations, and brand identity elements while administering social media content and targeted campaigns. I also support promotional events, manage customer inquiries and bookings, and help strengthen relationships with customers.

Through freelance and business projects, I oversee social media profiles, produce graphics, conceptualize campaigns, and develop promotional assets for diverse clients. I formulate marketing strategies that increase brand visibility and user interaction.

I'm also experienced in sales development, including outbound communication, prospect follow-ups, CRM data management, lead generation, and supporting sales objectives at MMCY (Vermasoft).
