At Cognizant, I designed and developed an end-to-end Generative AI-driven DDQ management system that automates processing of Due Diligence Questionnaires received via email. I built an ingestion pipeline for unstructured documents, implemented a two-level hierarchical question categorization to route queries to the right Subject Matter Experts, and used a RAG-based LLM system to generate context-aware answers—reducing DDQ turnaround time from 2 weeks to a few hours. Earlier, I created an LLM-driven extraction pipeline for oil well documents and added an accuracy validation framework to benchmark outputs against manual extraction, achieving a 98% reduction in processing time, improved accuracy/compliance, and major cost savings. Before GenAI, I delivered QA and Application Support for Documentum D2—designing test cases, tracking and resolving defects with development teams, and investigating incidents to reduce downtime—so I bring a strong product-minded, operational mindset to every AI solution.
