I’m a Clinical Pharmacy Technician with “10 years of pharmacy experience,” currently managing “30+ patients weekly” by coordinating closely with the team pharmacist. I focus on safe, accurate prescription processing—especially “IV antibiotic refills”—and on proactive patient assessment “each week” to support ongoing care.

In my current role with Option Care, I handle the full workflow: processing prescription orders (including “per EFAX system”), collecting and tracking “lab results weekly” for pharmacist monitoring, and coordinating with “in house nursing and outside nursing” for lab scheduling. I also support specialty needs by assisting compounding pharmacy with “speciality medication and line flushes for PICC and PORT line maintenance,” while maintaining up-to-date patient profiles (e.g., “allergies, medication profile, lab logging”) through “Data Entry” processes.

Before that, I built a strong foundation as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Elrio Health and CVS Pharmacy, where I used Epic systems (“Epic Hyperspace” and “Epic Willow”), supported “340b patient eligibility compliance,” and managed high-volume daily station rotations—cash register, “data entry,” and “filling prescriptions.” I’m comfortable handling multi-line phones and high request volume from “nurses, doctors, and pharmacists,” and I’ve also contributed by assisting in training other employees and following COVID-19 cleaning procedures to protect patient safety.
