What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on operations role where I can apply blueprint/wiring knowledge, maintain strict safety and quality standards, and strengthen documentation and inventory processes with a collaborative team.

I’m a detail-oriented assembly professional who interprets blueprints, schematics, and work instructions to complete precision assemblies. I assemble panel board components, inspect for defects, and maintain safety and compliance standards while supporting efficient operations.

In addition to manufacturing work, I’ve served as a Correctional Officer II where I supervised youth in a secure facility, conducted security checks, and maintained accurate documentation. I also responded to emergencies using de-escalation techniques.

I bring strong cross-functional coordination from my time as an Administrative Coordinator, connecting clients to employment, childcare, housing, and food resources while developing partnerships with community organizations. Earlier experience includes wiring and electrical panel assembly, using MES and Kronos systems for inspections and production workflows.
