What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote Patient Concierge role where I can support prospective patients through enquiries, follow-ups and consultation booking while using my customer service, administration and communication skills.

I've promoted and sold products at Isilumko Media, engaging customers, explaining product benefits and working towards sales targets. I build positive relationships through friendly, attentive and professional service.

I've also led educational and developmental programmes, providing mentoring and support to women and children while coordinating events, stakeholders, records and activities. My teaching practice strengthened my patient communication, learner support, assessment and record-keeping skills.
