What I'm looking for

I seek research or R&D roles in biotech/food/pharma where I can apply lab skills, contribute to product development or quality assurance, and grow in space biology or applied biochemistry.

I am an M.Sc. Biochemistry graduate with practical experience in molecular biology techniques, protein and natural-product analysis, and laboratory research. I led a postgraduate project on valorizing Citrus maxima peel—performing essential-oil extraction, antioxidant, antimicrobial and antidiabetic assays, and developing gelatin-based biodegradable coatings that extended tomato and banana shelf-life.

I collaborate with external research centers for advanced analyses (GC-MS) and bring skills in microbial culture, chromatography, spectrophotometry, microscopy, and statistical reporting. I combine scientific rigor with clear communication, teamwork, and problem-solving to contribute to research, quality assurance, and biotechnological innovation—especially in space biology, food biotechnology, and life-sciences applications.
