I’m an HR staff member specializing in recruitment to onboarding, ensuring applicants move through each step with clarity and care. I conduct orientation, handle government benefits, and support 201 filing to keep hiring processes organized and compliant.
Previously, as a Human Resource Admin Assistant, I handled in-house background investigation interviews, processed employee benefits (including wedding gifts, birthday gifts, and mortuary assistance), and assisted with new hire orientation. I also reviewed pre-employment requirements, managed 201 filing, and encoded and edited new hire information in HRIS.
