What I'm looking for

I seek a patient-focused RN role in urgent care or med/surg where I can apply clinical skills, mentor new nurses, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and expand dialysis and leadership experience.

I am a Registered Nurse with clinical experience across urgent care and acute medical-surgical settings, dedicated to delivering safe, patient-centered care and improving patient experience. I perform triage, insert peripheral IVs, administer medications (PO/IV/IM) and fluids, and manage cardiac monitoring and vital assessments.

I have hands-on experience maintaining lines and drains, obtaining labs, and supporting complex wound and tracheostomy care, and I hold Certified Peritoneal Dialysis Nurse credentials. I serve on a Unit Based Council to implement team goals and continuously improve processes.

I am passionate about mentoring and precepting new nurses and care staff, supporting onboarding and clinical skill development while participating in peer interviews to help build stronger teams. I seek to contribute clinical expertise, teamwork, and leadership to a collaborative care environment.
