I’m a Detail-oriented Virtual Assistant and Writer with a Computer Science background, supporting remote teams through administrative coordination, research, and written content. I bring strong written English, clear structure, and sound judgment on accuracy—especially when deadlines are tight.

In my Virtual Assistant role (Upwork, remote), I coordinate communication and task tracking across remote teams using Slack and Trello. I manage client scheduling and email correspondence, maintain consistent same-day response times, and organize calendars to reduce delays and missed deadlines.

I also research and write client reports and briefs, condensing complex source material into clear, well-structured summaries. I produce and edit written content to maintain consistency in tone, grammar, and factual accuracy across different topics and formats.

Currently, I’m building experience in data annotation, AI model evaluation, and quality assurance for AI systems, including a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) fundamentals. I’m also pursuing relevant certifications in Data Annotation and Machine Learning and Data Science through MindLuster.
