I have over a decade of experience building Salesforce solutions, with a deep focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and full-stack Salesforce development. I design and deliver personalized, automated marketing journeys that drive engagement and measurable results.

Technically, I work with AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to create dynamic content and custom templates, and I implement REST and SOAP API integrations for real-time segmentation and data synchronization. I also perform data modeling, transformations, and analytics using Email Studio, Analytics Builder, and Google Analytics.

I lead architecture and technical projects, establishing coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and performance optimizations while managing security and compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM. In prior roles I built advanced email and push flows, integrated product usage data for dynamic segmentation, refactored code to improve performance and reclaim storage, and accelerated fulfillment processes through custom CPQ solutions.
