What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an AI-focused role where I can apply guideline-based evaluation, structured assessment, and data quality practices to improve AI responses—while working with clear rubrics, consistent feedback loops, and cross-team collaboration.

I’m an AI Trainer, LLM evaluator, and AI data quality specialist with a psychology background and hands-on experience in structured evaluation. I review and score information using established guidelines, identify patterns, and deliver consistent judgments through quality review, error identification, and documentation management.

Across roles, I’ve built evaluation rigor—from psychological assessment processes (DISC, IST, CFIT, Wartegg, and projective tools) and assessment session support (25–30 participants) to research-based talent sourcing using Boolean search for APAC markets. I’m comfortable managing multiple evaluation tasks with confidentiality and producing organized, actionable outputs for teams and stakeholders.
