At Albéa Group, I set up, troubleshoot, and maintain all three PackSys Global PSG 250 laminate tube production lines in a 24/7 operation. As a Level 5 Set-Up Operator and former Lead Line Technician/Master Mechanic, I’m one of a small number of technicians in North America qualified on this platform.

I serve as the escalation point when machines will not run, diagnosing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control faults to return production with minimal downtime. I complete full mechanical changeovers, alignment, calibration, preventive maintenance, and startup troubleshooting, including work that typically requires a two- to three-person crew.

I’ve trained line mechanics and quality technicians and supervised crews of technicians and operators across PSG lines. I also work closely with engineering, quality, and operations leadership to maintain customer specifications, process tolerances, safety, and GMP requirements.

Earlier at Americold Logistics, I led warehouse teams through order pulling, staging, and load-out operations while operating forklifts and material-handling equipment in cooler and freezer environments. I’m available for regional travel, occasional overnight assignments, and on-call rotation.
