At PLI Card Marketing Solutions, I maintain and troubleshoot PackSmart automated packaging equipment, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, and controls-related failures to support production uptime. I use technical documentation, schematics, and structured root-cause methods, and coordinate with operators, vendors, and internal teams to restore equipment safely.
At Wildpack Beverage, I implemented and administered the UpKeep CMMS platform, setting up asset hierarchies, preventive maintenance schedules, and workflows. I also standardized procedures and recordkeeping to improve maintenance documentation and audit readiness.
