I'm looking to lead finance, operations, and transformation in a business where I can strengthen profitability, cash flow, working capital, controls, and execution.

I've led finance, operations, and business transformation across manufacturing, healthcare, distribution, and mining, managing P&L responsibility of up to USD $300 million.

At Quesos Gota Blanca, I increased monthly sales from MXN $2.7 million to MXN $13 million and improved EBITDA by 65%. I also grew production from 15 to 133 metric tons per month, reduced cost of sales per kilogram by 23.2%, and led a Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation.

At Star Médica, I increased cumulative EBITDA from MXN $76 million to MXN $93 million while keeping costs 2.3% below the prior year. I strengthened hospital liquidity by reducing inventory days, lowering days sales outstanding, and extending days payable outstanding.

I've protected profitability through disruption at Unión de Ganaderos Lecheros and managed financial control for major mining operations at Coanzamex Servicios and AuRico Gold.
