I’m a versatile, results-driven professional with a background spanning marine interior outfitting supervision, operational process management (SME), and team leadership. I focus on interpreting complex technical specifications, coordinating subcontractors, and driving seamless execution across fast-paced environments.

As a Junior Interior Supervisor, I oversaw interior outfitting for luxury Nile cruise ships, ensuring strict adherence to maritime standards and design specifications. I led project planning and workforce scheduling, managed vendor coordination, and translated architectural drawings into precise onsite work—down to insulation, piping/technical area insulation, gypsum board and ceiling installation, and high-end interior finishes.

More recently, at SMETRANSCOM, I manage live chats and emails via Zendesk, handling 3+ simultaneous interactions while supporting agents in following SOPs and completing compliance checks. I monitor real-time queues, create Excel performance documentation, and improve team technical proficiency through structured training programs.

I’ve also strengthened my communication and adaptability through freelance teaching and kitchen roles, where I developed creative learning support, work under stress, multitasking, and day-to-day stock/process organization.
