I’m eager to leverage my extensive research and analytical skills to support ServiceLink’s title examination needs.

At McMichael Taylor Gray LLC, I worked as a Title Reviewer, examining residential and commercial property titles. My work covered records spanning from the 19th century to the present.

At Traditional Title Services, I researched title records and checked for restrictions and encumbrances that could impede a sale, refinance, or purchase. I reviewed reports for issues in the chain of title, legal descriptions, liens, and ownership records.

I also identified discrepancies, including issues with legal descriptions, liens, and fraudulent documents, and compiled findings into reports for clients. I followed up with title examiners and clients to clarify information and address issues.
