Healthcare revenue cycle and clinical operations professional bridging transfer-center excellence with data-driven quality improvement.
What I'm looking for
I’m a healthcare revenue cycle and clinical operations professional with 5+ years of experience at the intersection of legal clinical documentation, quality assurance, physician relations, and revenue cycle management across major health systems. As a Transfer Center Coordinator at Ascension, I execute legally significant memoranda of transfer, coordinate physician-to-physician direct admit calls, and serve as the communication bridge to ensure continuity across care transitions.
I bring a quality-and-data mindset: I review and clean clinical cases for accuracy, conduct root cause analysis to identify operational gaps, and translate findings into data-driven recommendations—like designing a standardized documentation protocol that was adopted as system-wide standard operating procedure. I’m also currently pursuing an MS in Public Health with an equity concentration and actively building data analytics skills including SQL and Tableau to strengthen my ability to drive equitable, measurable outcomes through process improvement.
