I'm looking for an entry-level IT support or networking role where I can troubleshoot technical issues, support users, document solutions clearly, and grow my networking, systems administration, and cybersecurity skills.

I build enterprise network simulations in Cisco Packet Tracer that model real-world business environments.

In my independent Enterprise Networking Lab Portfolio, I've configured VLAN segmentation, inter-VLAN routing, DHCP, and OSPF across multi-router topologies.

I diagnose routing and switching issues through Cisco IOS CLI and structured troubleshooting techniques, then create detailed verification guides and technical documentation for GitHub.
