What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise AI architecture, governance, and operating-model work where I can turn generative AI into secure, production-ready capabilities, particularly in regulated or complex organisations.

I built ExamWorks UK's AI function from scratch, taking 5+ AI products into live production while establishing responsible AI governance for a regulated medical and insurance environment.

I've designed production RAG pipelines, LLM agents, multi-agent orchestration, MCP integrations, and human-in-the-loop approval gates across Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, and Anthropic/Claude. My governance work covers EU AI Act compliance, ISO 27001-aligned controls, bias, explainability, privacy, and access control.

At THG Ingenuity, I led architecture across 100+ client engagements, developed target architectures and investment cases for C-suite stakeholders, and managed a 15+ person cross-functional squad. I've also built cloud-native IoT platforms at Quaker Houghton, scaled engineering organisations, and led technology strategy as ECO Surv's first CTO.
