In my current role, I supervise daily transportation and logistics operations, coordinate truck operations for efficient service delivery, and monitor activities to support workflow improvements. I oversee staff coordination and operational resource allocation, contribute to strategic planning and operational decision-making, and support administrative and financial activities related to daily operations.
