At Fiero Consulting, I assess enterprise IAM environments and design Okta-centered access controls and identity architectures. I designed HR-driven lifecycle workflows with Workday, UKG Pro, and BambooHR that cut manual provisioning by 60–80%.
I architected a dual-tenant identity platform for workforce and partner populations, connected through Org2Org federation. It supported 3,500 users with a path to 10,000+ without redesign, alongside role-mapped groups, access requests, and certification campaigns.
I also built approval-gated, time-bound privilege elevation that automatically restores a user's previous access level after their chosen expiry. My work includes integrating Okta Identity Governance with ServiceNow to route approved access requests and link records for reconciliation and audit evidence.
Earlier, at Okta, I delivered 70+ implementations and helped customers migrate to HRIS-driven identity, reducing onboarding from days to under an hour. Across consulting and architecture roles, I’ve worked on identity governance, M&A integrations, automation, and secure access for regulated environments.
