I'm designing end-to-end UX for SBI YONO 2.0 at Tata Consultancy Services, helping move GPAI insurance from a branch-dependent product to a fully digital experience targeting ₹650 Cr+ in digital commission.

I've worked across 12+ banking journeys—including Business Loan, NCMC Card, insurance products, and Savings to Salary Account conversion—across mobile apps, web, branch portals, and FoS channels. I use BRD analysis, competitive benchmarking, usability testing, and cross-functional workshops with McKinsey and SBI teams to define measurable design outcomes.

Before TCS, I designed responsive education-management SaaS experiences for Ad-din, improved Aerowire Networks' Git-based component system, and supported Saptkrishi's marketing through brochures, pitch decks, product manuals, and brand collateral.

My work spans UX research, interaction design, design systems, AI-driven experiences, and accessible interfaces. I'm also an IIT Kanpur M.Des graduate and have received TCS recognition for both AI innovation and the SBI project.
