At Alison, I handled 75+ customer enquiries and created Canva-based communication materials as a Virtual Assistant Trainee.

I organized simulated inboxes with Gmail labels, filters, and action categories, and created 12 reusable response templates. I also coordinated a simulated calendar across WAT and GMT, scheduling meetings with agendas and reminders.

I built a 100-record Google Sheets tracker and researched and verified 25 companies and contacts, organizing prospects by priority.

For a simulated restaurant portfolio project, I designed a workflow to receive, prioritize, answer, log, and follow up on customer inquiries, DMs, complaints, and requests. I set a 5-minute first-response standard and prepared weekly reports with recommendations.
