What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT role where I can provide hands-on technical support—PC maintenance, Windows upgrades, application installation, and meeting/teleconference setup—while working with a team that values friendly, dependable service.

I’m a Computer Technician focused on keeping government and business systems running smoothly. In the Office of the Attorney–General (IT Department), I support day-to-day technical needs with a practical, hands-on approach that prioritizes uptime and user confidence.

Previously, I worked as a Technical Support Officer at Post Fiji Limited (ICT department), where I helped deliver support for everyday IT requirements. Earlier experience includes IT Technician roles and attachments across the Judicial IT Department and South Pacific Forum Secretariat, strengthening my fundamentals in PC maintenance and on-site troubleshooting.

I’m comfortable installing and upgrading software and devices, including Windows 11 upgrades, adding PCs to a domain, and preparing equipment for meetings (projector, docking station, and teleconference setup). I bring friendly communication and a genuine willingness to help others, backed by training in applied computing, system support, hardware fundamentals, and business tools like MYOB.
