I'm building communication and public relations work across regional development, healthcare, marketing, and culture while studying psychology at Daugavpils University.

At Vidzeme Planning Region, I prepare communication materials, manage project publicity, work with media, and maintain digital communication channels.

I previously delivered PR activities for VSIA Strenči Psychoneurological Hospital and supported social media, events, tastings, and daily coordination at SIA Spirulina Nord. As Creative Director at Smiltene Culture Centre, I planned and organized events while leading creative communication activities.

I'm especially interested in human behavior, motivation, and the psychological side of communication. I want to combine communication and psychological knowledge to foster growth, collaboration, and well-being in professional environments.
