Alisa Brown

I am a dedicated medical technician and small-business owner with hands-on experience in EEG/EMG, medical assisting, and patient-facing care. I bring a strong work ethic, fast learning aptitude, and a patient education background to every role.

As an EEG/EMG technician I set up, ran, and monitored studies in-office and outpatient, performed nerve conduction studies, and maintained and troubleshot equipment. As a certified medical assistant I worked in pain clinics, family medicine, and immunotherapy, and hold IV, CPR, and first-aid training.

I founded and operate Event Zone LLC, delivering children's party rentals and handmade favors, demonstrating entrepreneurship, creativity, and client service across Phoenix and Tucson. I also have extensive customer-service experience from call center, patient care, and volunteer roles.

I am goal-oriented, detail-focused, proficient in insurance communication, billing, and medical authorization tasks, and I welcome constructive feedback to grow professionally. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and eager to expand my skills and impact in healthcare.
