At Claradix, I migrated a legacy Koa.js AI SaaS backend to a modular NestJS architecture while the product continued shipping features. I consolidated chat, image, TTS, and video providers behind Factory and Strategy patterns, and streamed responses over Server-Sent Events.

I traced unbilled model spend to a concurrency exploit in the credit-reservation ledger, where parallel requests bypassed balance checks, and closed it. I also maintained an internal assessments platform on AWS Lambda, with Cognito authentication and scheduled ERP syncs.

At Blink-BI, I owned the platform’s access-control layer, from database schema to admin UI, and delivered a hierarchical permission model integrated across 11 domains. I shipped four domain modules for leave, absence, timetables, and business travel, including their React and Redux Toolkit client.

I implemented endpoints across seven Express.js services, with Kafka events and gRPC permission checks, and ran infrastructure on Azure and customer-hosted Kubernetes clusters. I also mentored two interns through to merge and worked with QA engineers, business analysts, and HR professionals on module requirements.
