I’m looking for a data-analytics role where I can use SQL, Spark, and BI to uncover revenue leakage, build dashboards, and support decision-making in telecom or humanitarian settings with measurable impact.

I’m a Data Analyst with 4+ years across telecommunications and humanitarian organizations, turning complex data into decisions. I focus on revenue leakage detection, roaming profitability optimization, and reliable postpaid and large-scale analytics.

At Expresso Telecom, I lead data reconciliation between systems and partners, recovering 150+ million XOF and improving international roaming margins with targeted corrective actions. I also build dashboards for roaming performance, margins assurance, and rerating offers—preventing ~20M XOF losses—while analyzing balance controls and unearned revenue to strengthen financial accuracy.
