What I'm looking for

I'm looking to develop and deliver individualized therapeutic recreation or health education programs that improve health and well-being, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and support positive behavioral change.

At Good Samaritan Hospital, I assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans for up to 30 people with diverse mental health diagnoses.

I facilitate group and individual therapy sessions, coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, and recommend treatments that support recovery. I also manage departmental inventory within the fiscal budget.

My work spans therapeutic recreation, health education, and disease intervention. At Planned Parenthood, I created health campaign materials and led sexual health workshops, while at the CDC Foundation I developed COVID-19 guidance for schools and conducted case investigations.

I’ve also established life enrichment programming for personal care and memory care residents and delivered therapeutic activities and adaptive interventions in rehabilitation and mental health settings. I’m a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and Certified Health Education Specialist.
