At CARMA, I monitor online media content and investigate crawler, browser, and extraction issues across websites and social platforms.
As Content Support Administrator, I analyzed DOM structures, CSS selectors, logs, and parsing behavior to investigate client-reported crawler issues. I also created an internal crawler investigation tool and performed regression testing after fixes.
At CARMA, I led requirements, validation, and alpha rollout of a social-media workflow automation system spanning YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, Threads, and X. It takes relevant URLs through post and comment data collection, normalization, QA, exception handling, and upload to the internal portal.
I demonstrated the tool to managers across two departments and trained an initial cross-department night-shift user group spanning Lebanon and Egypt. I now handle user feedback, bug validation, and feature prioritization, with reliability and account safety guiding the workflow.
