I am a results-driven Project & Operations Leader with over 10 years of hands-on experience across large-scale construction, mechanical maintenance for oil & gas, and healthcare operations. I lead large multi-shift teams, control multi-million-dollar budgets, and deliver under high-risk, high-pressure environments while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

I have led rehabilitation and qualification of dialysis centers to international standards, introduced the first HDF dialysis service in Iraq, and supported multiple center launches. In oil & gas, I managed high-risk spherical tank maintenance, controlled shutdowns, and delivered strategic projects under extreme pressure.

I combine decisive field leadership with strategic planning, contractor management, and client/stakeholder relations. I actively apply AI and digital enablement to improve analysis, reporting, workflow automation, and operational decision-making to support modern transformation goals.
